Guaranteed Quality: The Integrated Management System

Guaranteed quality has always been part of the corporate philosophy of the Joachim Weiland tool manufacturing company. Since the initial certification in March 2000, we have implemented this idea formally into our business. As a company, we follow stringently quality, process and hygiene standards.

We work according to the following management systems

Quality management system

The DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 defines minimum quality requirements for a company that provides products and services.

Environmental Management System

The DIN EN ISO 14001:2009 as an international environmental management standard sets worldwide recognized requirements for an environmental management system. The focus is on a continuous improvement process by means of achieving the defined objectives in relation to the environmental performance of an organization (company, service, authority, etc.). The continuous improvement process is based on the method of Run-Check-Optimize (Plan-Do-Check-Act PDCA).

Occupational Health and Safety Management System

The OHSAS 18001:2007 (Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series) follows very closely to the ISO 9001 and to ISO 14001. In 2007, OHSAS 18001 has been set as British standard. With a presence in more than 80 countries around the world OHSAS 18001 one of the best known and most important standards for occupational health and safety management system. Central objective is to reduce the number of occupational accidents and improving the health of employees in the workplace.

Our Integrated Management System is subject to a continuous improvement process, proving once more our responsibility given to customers, employees and the environment. Customer orientation, process orientation and continuous improvement are only three of eight quality management principles. Proximity to customers, meeting deadlines and profound advice are for us just another important pillar of an intense and long-term partnership.
